  • 14-Day Test Ride: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to test your board.
  • Low-Risk Returns: To keep our environmental impact low and our prices competitive, we ask that returned boards be in “like-new” condition with original packaging.
  • The Process: Simply contact our support team. For returns due to a change of mind, the customer covers both the initial and return shipping costs. The final refund will be issued minus the transaction fees and a 10% restocking fee to cover labor and wheel wear.
  • Defect Guarantee: If there is a technical issue? That’s on us. We will provide a pre-paid label and a repair or replacement immediately.
