EU Return & Withdrawal Policy
Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy (EU Compliance)
In accordance with European consumer protection laws and the EU Directive 2023/2673, consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their online purchase under the following legally compliant terms.
1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, for any reason and without justification, within 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive physical possession of the Linky board.

Immediate Confirmation: Upon submitting the online form, you will immediately receive an automated email confirmation on a durable medium containing the exact date and time of your request (legal timestamp).
2. Product Condition and Diminution of Value (The "Test Ride")

Original Packaging: To receive a full refund, the product must be returned in its original box, complete with all accessories, manuals, and protective materials.

Testing vs. Usage: You have the legal right to inspect and test the Linky board to check its nature, characteristics, and functioning (similar to what would be allowed in a physical retail store). However, this test ride must not cause any wear, scratches, or cosmetic/structural damage to the board.

Product Wear and Refurbishment Costs: If the returned board shows signs of outdoor use, battery cycles, or wheel wear that requires us to replace parts to restore it to a "like-new" condition, the customer shall be held liable for the diminished value of the goods. Linky Innovation reserves the right to deduct the actual cost of replacement parts and technical labor from your final refund (for example, the replacement of a worn wheel set and relative labor typically amounts to approximately 10% of the board's value).

Damaged or Broken Items (No Refund): If the board is returned broken, severely scratched, structurally damaged, or with missing essential components, the withdrawal will be considered invalid. We will provide photographic evidence of the damage, the refund will be refused, and the Linky board will be shipped back to you at your expense.
3. Return Shipping and Logistics

Return Shipping Costs: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods to our headquarters.

For your convenience, upon request, Linky Innovation can organize the pickup and provide a trackable shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from your final refund. Alternatively, you may choose your own courier (insured and trackable shipping is highly recommended, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit).

Return Timeframe: The product must be shipped back without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you communicated your decision to withdraw.
4. Refunds
Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its compliance, we will process your refund within 14 days from the date we were informed of your decision to withdraw.

What is refunded: We will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery. No arbitrary restocking fees or payment transaction fees will be deducted, in strict compliance with EU law (except for any dynamic deductions for product wear as stated in Section 2).

Method of payment: The refund will be issued automatically to the same payment method used for the initial transaction. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
5. Manufacturing Defects and Technical Issues (Warranty)
If your Linky board arrives defective, damaged, or with a manufacturing issue, the standard withdrawal limitations do not apply. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@linkyinnovation.com. In the event of a verified defect, Linky Innovation will:

Provide a repair, replacement, or full refund at zero cost to the customer, in accordance with the Legal Guarantee of Conformity.
