GLOBAL WARRANTY

Global Warranty Duration (2 Years) Linky Innovation is proud of the quality of its products. Therefore, we offer a 24-month (2 years) warranty from the delivery date for all manufacturing and conformity defects. This two-year warranty is valid for all our customers worldwide, whether they live inside or outside the European Union (Non-EU).

The warranty covers material and workmanship defects under normal use. It does not cover damages caused by wear and tear (e.g., grip tape, belts, wheels), extreme or improper use, water damage, normal battery degradation over time, or unauthorized modifications to the vehicle.

 

BATTERY SAFETY AND PRODUCT USE

The user must carefully follow the instructions provided in the manual. Handling lithium-ion batteries requires special attention. Extended exposure to water or extreme humidity can cause irreversible damage to the battery.

Any damage caused by not following the safety guidelines or the dangerous goods transport rules will not be covered by the warranty and frees Linky Innovation from any liability related to the user's negligence.
