Linky Innovation’s

Our values

Four things we don't trade away.

They guide what we design, who we work with and how we answer when you write to us. Each one comes with something you can check.

01

Freedom

Moving around shouldn't come with a parking problem. Fold it, carry it, take it inside: your trip doesn't have to end at the bike rack.

02

Design

Linky started as a folding joint sketched by a designer in 2014. That joint is now patented, and every board is still designed by the same small team, down to the parts you can change yourself.

03

Made close to home

We design and assemble Linky in Monte Vidon Corrado, in the Marche. Most suppliers are people we can visit in an afternoon, and belts, wheels, pads and battery can be replaced, so a worn part doesn't mean a new board.

04

Together

The people who design Linky are the people who assemble it and answer your emails. Riders tell us what they'd change, and backers on Kickstarter and Indiegogo believed in Linky 2.0 before it existed.

Our supply chain

Made close to home. Mostly.

This is where the main parts of a Linky come from, measured from our workshop in Monte Vidon Corrado. The wheels are made 13 km away, the mechanical parts 15 km.

Not everything is local yet, and we'd rather tell you.

The motor comes from China. Everything else on this line is a drive away, and so is the team that puts it together.
