1) Completion of 3D Design Optimization
The design and optimization of the 3D models for all the Linky components—including the remote—has been successfully completed. This marks a crucial step forward in ensuring every element of your Linky is engineered to perfection, combining functionality with sleek design.
2) Molds Finalization & First Test Parts
The production of the molds is nearing completion, with the final touches expected by October 4th. Once the molds are ready, we’ll begin producing the first test parts. These components will undergo rigorous testing to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards before they are used in assembling the final units for shipment.
In the attached photos, you can see the machinery that we are using to create and refine these molds, using high-precision steel and aluminum milling techniques. These machines guarantee that each part is crafted with unparalleled accuracy and durability.
3) Preview of First Parts
We are excited to give you a sneak peek at some of the first parts that have come out of this meticulous process. As seen in the images, the first components include:
- The wheel rim
- The locker mechanism
- The motor and electronics cover
These are just the beginning, and each part reflects the high standard of manufacturing we are committed to. Every detail has been carefully considered to provide you with a product that performs reliably and looks fantastic. Having relocated most of our suppliers in Italy, like SP Plast we have also enhanced our ability to control quality and drive innovation.
