When you order from Linky Innovation, the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UK on a DDP basis. This means we handle all import duties, customs clearance, and local taxes on your behalf.
- No Surprise Invoices: You won’t receive a bill from DHL or UPS for “customs processing” before they hand over your package. We take care of the bureaucracy so you can take care of the riding.
We want you to feel the “Italian Soul” for yourself. If your Linky 2.0 isn’t the perfect fit, we’ve made the return process straightforward and fair.
- 14-Day Test Ride: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to test your board.
- Low-Risk Returns: To keep our environmental impact low and our prices competitive, we ask that returned boards be in “like-new” condition with original packaging.
- The Process: Simply contact our support team. For returns due to a change of mind, the customer covers both the initial and return shipping costs. The final refund will be issued minus the transaction fees and a 10% restocking fee to cover labor and wheel wear.
2 Years Defect Guarantee: if there is a technical issue, that’s on us. We will immediately provide a pre-paid shipping label and a repair or replacement.

How long does the battery last, how do I charge it?
The advanced lithium-ion battery provides up to 11 miles (18 km) of range on a single charge, depending on terrain and assist level. The removable battery fully charges in just 3 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer free shipping to the US and EU countries. For other regions, shipping costs range from $150-$300 depending on location.
Is the bike weatherproof?
While the bike handles wet conditions perfectly, we suggest storing it in a dry location when possible to maximize component lifespan. The integrated fenders and chain guard also keep you clean and dry during muddy rides.
How secure is the anti-theft system?
Our 3-layer security system makes your e-bike one of the most theft-resistant on the market.The entire security system runs on a separate low-power circuit that remains active even when the main battery is removed, ensuring continuous protection.
